Privacy Policy
Effective Date: May 1, 2026
Last Updated: June 18, 2026
Company: AllWeb Solutions, LLC
1. Introduction
AllWeb Solutions, LLC ("AllWeb Solutions," "we," "our," or "us") is the owner and operator of its hosted software platforms, applications, tools, APIs, plugins, and related services (collectively, the "Platform"). We respect and value the privacy of our users, partners, and visitors (collectively, "Users").
This Privacy Policy (the "Policy") describes:
- What information we collect from Users when they visit and use the Platform
- How we use, store, and process that information
- When and to whom we disclose that information

This Policy should be read in conjunction with our Terms of Service, available at https://allweb.solutions/terms-of-service/.
The Services may be offered under trade names or "doing business as" (DBA) brands including HolyExplorer, Vorvana, and others. All such offerings remain services of AllWeb Solutions, LLC and are governed by this Policy.
Data Controller. In this Policy, "we," "us," and "our" refer to AllWeb Solutions, LLC, acting as the data controller for personal information collected directly from Users of the Platform. Where AllWeb Solutions processes data on behalf of a partner organization regarding that partner's end-users, AllWeb Solutions acts as a data processor and the partner acts as the data controller for its own end-users' data.

4. AI Processing and Third-Party AI Providers
4.1 How AI Processing Works
When you use AI-powered features of the Platform, your input (prompts, questions, uploaded context documents) is processed by AI language models and generation systems to produce a response. This processing may occur on infrastructure operated by AllWeb Solutions or by third-party AI providers.
4.2 Third-Party AI Providers
AllWeb Solutions uses third-party AI providers to power Platform features. When you interact with an AI tool, your input may be transmitted to one or more of these providers. We work with two categories of AI providers:
- AI language model providers — Process the text prompts and conversation content you submit to AI chat, AI assistant, and related text-based AI features. These providers generate the AI responses you receive.
- AI image and video generation services — Process the creative prompts you submit when generating images, video, or other media through the Platform's digital media features.
All AI providers we use are US-based companies operating under their own published privacy policies and data processing terms. AllWeb Solutions selects AI providers with commercially reasonable data protection practices and, where available, operates under API agreements that restrict the use of API-submitted data for model training purposes.
4.3 AI Training Data — We Do Not Train on Your Content
AllWeb Solutions does not use your prompts, AI inputs, conversation histories, uploaded documents, or AI-generated outputs to train, fine-tune, or improve any AI model — including AllWeb Solutions' own systems or those of third-party AI providers.
When your input is transmitted to a third-party AI provider, it is transmitted for the sole purpose of generating a response to your specific request. AllWeb Solutions operates under API agreements with those providers that restrict the use of API-submitted data for model training purposes. However, AllWeb Solutions does not control the internal policies of third-party providers and cannot guarantee that all providers prohibit all forms of data use. Users may request a list of our current AI providers as described in Section 4.2.
AllWeb Solutions may use aggregated, anonymized, non-identifiable usage statistics (such as which features are used most frequently, average session lengths, and error rates) to improve the Platform. This aggregated data cannot be used to identify individual users.
4.4 AI Output Disclaimer
AI-generated content is produced by probabilistic models and may not accurately reflect your submitted inputs. AllWeb Solutions does not review AI outputs before delivery. You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated content before relying on or distributing it.
5. Partner Organizations and End-User Data
5.1 Partners as Data Controllers for Their End-Users
When a partner organization deploys AllWeb Solutions widgets on their own website, the partner's website visitors ("end-users") may interact with our Platform through embedded tools. In this context:
- The partner organization is the data controller for its end-users' data
- AllWeb Solutions acts as a data processor, processing end-user data on the partner's behalf
- The partner is responsible for providing appropriate privacy disclosures to its own end-users and for obtaining required consents
5.2 What End-User Data We Process on Partners' Behalf
When a visitor interacts with a partner-deployed widget, we may process:
- The visitor's messages and AI conversation history
- The visitor's WordPress user ID (if passed by the partner site)
- Session identifiers stored in browser cookies
- Contact information submitted through escalation or booking forms
- Appointment booking details (through scheduling features)
5.3 Escalation Form Data
When a visitor submits an escalation contact form through a partner's chat widget, their name, email, phone, and message are:
- Transmitted to AllWeb Solutions' backend for processing
- Used to send a notification to the partner's designated contact
- Retained as part of the notification log record
5.4 Partner Knowledge Base Content
Documents uploaded by partners to build their AI knowledge bases are stored in AllWeb Solutions' cloud object storage infrastructure. This content may include proprietary business information. AllWeb Solutions processes this content solely to provide the AI assistant feature and does not use it for any other purpose.
6. How We Disclose Your Information
We do not sell your personal information. We may disclose your information in the following circumstances:
6.1 Service Providers and Subprocessors
We share information with third-party vendors who provide services necessary to operate the Platform. The table below identifies the categories of vendors we use and what information is shared with each:
| Vendor / Category | Purpose | Data Shared |
|---|---|---|
| Stripe | Payment processing | Payment card data, billing address, transaction history |
| SMS delivery service provider | SMS notification delivery | Phone numbers, message content |
| Transactional email service provider | Email notification delivery | Email addresses, message content |
| Analytics service provider | Platform usage analytics | Usage data, anonymized session data |

| AI image and video generation services | Digital media generation | Generation prompts (no personal identification data) |
| Cloud object storage providers | Storage for user-generated assets and partner knowledge base files | User-generated files and documents |
Each service provider acts under a data processing agreement or equivalent contractual obligation restricting their use of your data.
6.2 Partner Organizations
If you are an end-user of a partner-deployed widget, data from your interaction (including escalation form submissions) may be shared with the partner organization who deployed that widget, as described in Section 5.
6.3 Legal Compliance and Protection
We may disclose your information where required to:
- Comply with applicable law, regulation, or legal process
- Respond to a government agency request, court order, search warrant, or subpoena
- Protect the rights, property, or safety of AllWeb Solutions, our users, or the public

6.4 Business Transfers
In the event of a merger, acquisition, sale of assets, or other business transfer involving AllWeb Solutions, your information may be transferred to the acquiring entity as part of that transaction. We will provide notice through the Platform or by email before your information becomes subject to a materially different privacy policy.
6.5 Insurers and Professional Advisers
We may disclose your information to our insurers and professional advisers (attorneys, accountants) as reasonably necessary for risk management, obtaining coverage, or legal advice.
6.6 With Your Consent
We may disclose your information for any other purpose with your explicit consent.
7. International Transfers of Your Information
The Platform is operated from the United States. If you access the Platform from outside the United States, your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States.
Our hosting infrastructure, subcontractors, and primary service providers are located in the United States. Transfers to the United States are conducted in compliance with applicable law, including the Federal Trade Commission Act (15 U.S.C. §§ 41–58), the Electronic Communications Privacy Act (18 U.S.C. § 2510 et seq.), the Computer Fraud and Abuse Act (18 U.S.C. § 1030), and the Stored Communications Act (18 U.S.C. § 2701 et seq.).
7.1 GDPR — Interim Status Notice for EU/EEA Users
AllWeb Solutions, LLC is a United States-based company. We respect the rights of individuals in the European Union and European Economic Area and have incorporated data subject rights into our Privacy Policy (see Section 10.2) as a matter of good-faith practice. However, the following limitations apply and EU/EEA users should be aware of them before accessing the Platform:
- AllWeb Solutions does not currently maintain a designated EU establishment, EU representative, or Data Protection Officer as defined under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)
- AllWeb Solutions has not completed a formal GDPR compliance program and does not guarantee that all Platform features, data flows, or data processing activities fully satisfy GDPR requirements for all use cases
- AllWeb Solutions does not currently offer Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) or other GDPR-approved transfer mechanisms for cross-border data transfers
- We do not maintain a formal Record of Processing Activities (ROPA) as required under GDPR Article 30 at this time
What this means for EU/EEA users: If you are located in the EU or EEA and access our Platform, you do so with the understanding that your Personal Data will be processed in the United States under US law and that AllWeb Solutions' current compliance posture may not satisfy the requirements your organization has under GDPR. If full GDPR compliance is a mandatory requirement for your use case — for example, if you are a business subject to GDPR obligations — we recommend evaluating whether this Platform meets your organization's legal obligations before using it.
AllWeb Solutions intends to expand its compliance posture over time. We will update this Section when material changes to our GDPR compliance status occur. For any data protection inquiries, contact us at legal@allweb.solutions.
7.2 Illinois Residents
AllWeb Solutions, LLC is registered in the State of Illinois. As an Illinois-based company, we are subject to the Illinois Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA), 815 ILCS 530, which governs the protection of personal information and breach notification obligations for Illinois residents. See Section 9.5 for our breach notification policy.
8. Data Retention and Deletion
8.1 General Retention
We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
8.2 Account Data
Account data is retained while your account is active. Upon account deletion or termination, we will retain your data for a reasonable period as determined by AllWeb Solutions to allow for account recovery, then delete it — except where retention is required by law.
8.3 AI Interaction Data
Conversation histories and AI session data are retained as part of your account data and are subject to the same retention schedule. Widget session data for anonymous visitors is retained for a limited period as determined by AllWeb Solutions based on platform operational requirements.
8.4 Transaction and Credit Records
Billing records, credit ledger entries, and job run logs are retained as required by applicable financial recordkeeping and tax laws. Payment transaction records are also independently retained by Stripe, our payment processor, in accordance with their own data retention policies.
8.5 Generated Assets
User-generated files (images, video, audio, documents) stored in our object storage are subject to retention policies based on session status and account standing. Assets associated with expired sessions may be deleted according to AllWeb Solutions' current asset expiration schedule, which may vary based on session type and account standing.
8.6 Requesting Deletion
You may request deletion of your personal information by contacting us at legal@allweb.solutions. We will process deletion requests within 30 days subject to our retention obligations described above.
8.7 Data Export and Portability
You may request an export of the personal information AllWeb Solutions holds about you. To request a data export:
- Email legal@allweb.solutions with the subject line "Data Export Request"
- Include your account email address and, where applicable, your account username
- We will respond within 30 days with a copy of your data in a structured, commonly used format (such as CSV or JSON) to the extent technically feasible
Data available for export includes: account profile information, billing history, credit transaction records, and AI conversation histories associated with your account. Certain data (such as aggregated analytics, server logs, and data required for legal compliance) may not be exportable. We are not required to provide exports in a format that would require us to develop custom software or that would adversely affect the rights and freedoms of others.
9. Security of Your Information
9.1 Technical and Organizational Measures
We implement commercially reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information from unauthorized access, use, alteration, or disclosure, including:
- Encrypted storage of sensitive data (passwords, payment credentials, API keys)
- HTTPS encryption for all data transmitted between your browser and our servers
- Access controls limiting employee access to personal data on a need-to-know basis
- Regular security monitoring and logging
9.2 Encrypted Storage
The following information is stored in encrypted form: passwords, payment method details, API keys, and authentication tokens.
9.3 Limitations
No method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee the absolute security of your information. You acknowledge that transmission of unencrypted data over the internet is inherently insecure.
9.4 Password Security
You are responsible for maintaining a strong, confidential password for your account. We will not ask you for your password other than through the standard login flow.
9.5 Data Breach Notification
In the event of a security breach that compromises personal information — including unauthorized access, acquisition, disclosure, or use of your Personal Data — AllWeb Solutions will:
1. Investigate promptly. Upon discovery or notification of a potential breach, we will investigate to assess the nature, scope, and impact of the incident.
2. Notify affected users. If we determine that a breach has exposed personal information in a way that creates a risk of harm, we will notify affected users in the most expedient time possible and without unreasonable delay, consistent with:
- The Illinois Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA), 815 ILCS 530, which requires notification to Illinois residents whose personal information was, or is reasonably believed to have been, acquired by an unauthorized person
- Any other applicable state or federal notification requirements
3. Method of notification. We will notify you by email to the address on your account, through a prominent notice on the Platform, or by other legally required means. Where required by law, we will also notify the Illinois Attorney General and other applicable regulatory authorities.
4. Content of notification. Our breach notification will describe, to the extent reasonably known: the nature of the breach, the type of information involved, the steps we have taken to contain the breach, and steps you can take to protect yourself.
5. Limitations. Our obligation to notify is subject to the needs of law enforcement. If a law enforcement agency determines that notification would impede a criminal investigation, we will delay notification as permitted by applicable law.
What constitutes "personal information" under Illinois PIPA for breach notification purposes includes an individual's first name or initial and last name combined with any one or more of: Social Security number, driver's license number, financial account number with access credentials, medical or health insurance information, or biometric data.
10. Your Rights
10.1 All Users
Regardless of your location, you have the right to:
- Access — Request a copy of the personal information we hold about you
- Correction — Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete information
- Deletion — Request deletion of your personal information, subject to our retention obligations
- Opt-out of marketing — Unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the unsubscribe link in any marketing email or by contacting us
- Opt-out of SMS — Reply STOP to any SMS we send, or disable SMS notifications in your account settings
To exercise these rights, contact us at legal@allweb.solutions.
10.2 EU/EEA Residents (GDPR Rights)
If you are a resident of the European Union or European Economic Area, you have the following additional rights under the General Data Protection Regulation:
- Right to access — Confirmation of whether we process your data and a copy of that data
- Right to rectification — Correction of inaccurate or incomplete data
- Right to erasure ("right to be forgotten") — Deletion of your data in specified circumstances

- Right to object — Objecting to processing based on legitimate interests or for direct marketing
- Right to data portability — Receiving your data in a structured, machine-readable format
- Right to withdraw consent — Withdrawing consent at any time without affecting prior processing
- Right to lodge a complaint — Filing a complaint with the supervisory authority in your EU member state
To exercise GDPR rights, contact us at legal@allweb.solutions with the subject line "GDPR Data Request."
10.3 Automated Decision-Making
The Platform uses automated systems to perform certain functions including: deducting credits per AI operation, determining subscription plan entitlements and access levels, triggering session recovery based on user identifiers, and routing AI requests among providers. These automated processes are operational in nature and do not produce legal effects or similarly significant consequences for you as an individual.
AllWeb Solutions does not make any decisions that produce legal effects or significantly affect you — such as decisions affecting your creditworthiness, employment, legal status, or access to essential services — through solely automated means without human review. Subscription access decisions (e.g., plan gating, credit limits) are based on the terms you agreed to and are not individualized profiling decisions; they apply uniformly according to plan rules you can review and challenge.
If you believe an automated process has incorrectly affected your account — for example, an incorrect credit deduction or erroneous access restriction — you have the right to request human review of that decision by contacting us at legal@allweb.solutions with the subject line "Automated Decision Review Request." We will review and respond within 30 days.
11. California Residents — CCPA / CPRA Rights
If you are a California resident, you have the following rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA):
- Right to know — The categories and specific pieces of personal information we collect, the sources, the purposes, and the third parties with whom we share it
- Right to delete — Deletion of personal information we have collected from you, subject to exceptions
- Right to correct — Correction of inaccurate personal information we maintain about you
- Right to opt-out of sale or sharing — We do not sell or share your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising
- Right to limit use of sensitive personal information — To limit our use of sensitive personal information to what is necessary to provide the Services
- Right to non-discrimination — We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of these rights
Categories of personal information we collect (per CCPA categories):
- Identifiers (name, email, IP address, account ID)
- Commercial information (purchase history, credit balances)
- Internet and electronic network activity (usage logs, interaction data)
- Geolocation data (approximate, from IP address)
- Inferences drawn from the above (account preferences, usage patterns)
Sensitive Personal Information (CPRA). The CPRA created a special category of "Sensitive Personal Information" (SPI) with enhanced rights. AllWeb Solutions does not collect the following SPI categories through the Platform: Social Security numbers or government ID numbers; financial account numbers with access credentials (payment card data is collected and stored solely by our payment processor, Stripe, and is not retained by AllWeb Solutions); precise geolocation (we collect only approximate geolocation derived from IP address); racial or ethnic origin, religious or philosophical beliefs, or union membership; contents of mail, email, or text messages not directed to AllWeb Solutions; genetic data; biometric data processed for identification purposes; health or medical information; or information about sex life or sexual orientation. The only SPI AllWeb Solutions may collect is the content of messages and prompts you direct to our AI tools, and that content is used solely to provide the Services. You have the right to request that AllWeb Solutions limit its use of any SPI to what is strictly necessary to provide the Services. To exercise this right, contact us at legal@allweb.solutions with the subject line "Limit SPI Use Request."
We do not sell personal information. We do not disclose personal information to third parties for monetary or other valuable consideration as defined by CCPA. We do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising as defined by CPRA.
To exercise CCPA rights, contact us at legal@allweb.solutions with the subject line "CCPA Privacy Request" or call (847) 999-3345. We will respond within 45 days. You may designate an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf.
12. Children's Privacy (COPPA)
Minimum Age Requirement. The Platform is intended exclusively for use by adults aged 18 and older, consistent with the minimum age set in our Terms of Service. Individuals under the age of 18 — including those between ages 13 and 17 — are not permitted to use the Platform.
COPPA Compliance. The Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) imposes specific requirements regarding children under the age of 13. AllWeb Solutions does not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13.
IF YOU ARE UNDER THE AGE OF 13, DO NOT PROVIDE ANY PERSONAL INFORMATION THROUGH THE PLATFORM. INDIVIDUALS BETWEEN THE AGES OF 13 AND 17 ARE ALSO PROHIBITED FROM USING THIS PLATFORM UNDER OUR TERMS OF SERVICE.
Age Relationship Between This Policy and the Terms of Service: Our Terms of Service sets the minimum platform age at 18. This Policy's COPPA section addresses the separate federal law threshold of 13 — which applies to our collection practices, not our eligibility standards. Both limits apply simultaneously: the Platform may not be used by anyone under 18, and we take additional steps to protect children under 13 consistent with federal law.
If we discover that we have inadvertently collected personal information from a child under 13, we will delete that information from our records as promptly as possible. If you believe we have collected information from a child under 13, contact us immediately at legal@allweb.solutions.
For more information about children's online privacy protections, visit the Federal Trade Commission's website at https://www.ftc.gov/tips-advice/business-center/privacy-and-security/children%27s-privacy.
13. Third-Party Platforms and Services
13.1 Third-Party Links
The Platform may contain links to third-party websites and services. We have no control over and are not responsible for the privacy practices of third parties. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third-party sites you visit.
13.2 Third-Party Integrations
Where the Platform integrates with third-party services (payment processors, AI providers, communication services, object storage), those services operate under their own privacy policies as described in Section 6.1. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those third parties beyond our contractual obligations with them.
14. Cookies and Tracking Technologies
14.1 What Are Cookies
A cookie is a small file containing an identifier sent by a web server to your browser and stored on your device. The identifier is sent back to the server each time your browser requests a page. Cookies allow us to recognize your browser and remember session state and preferences.
14.2 Types of Cookies
- Session cookies expire when you close your browser
- Persistent cookies remain on your device until deleted or expired
14.3 Cookies We Use

| Analytics | Understanding how the Platform is used to improve performance and usability |
We do not use cookies for cross-site advertising or behavioral tracking outside the Platform.
14.4 Third-Party Cookies
Our analytics service providers may set cookies on your device when you visit the Platform. You can review your analytics cookie preferences through your browser or account settings.
14.5 Managing Cookies

14.6 Do-Not-Track
Some browsers transmit Do-Not-Track (DNT) signals to websites. To the extent Do-Not-Track signals from your browser prevent or impede the delivery of data or information provided through the Platform, those signals are not honored at this time. We will update this Policy if our practices change.
15. SMS and Electronic Communications
15.1 Marketing Communications
If you have opted in to marketing communications, we may send you emails about new features, updates, and promotions. You may unsubscribe at any time using the unsubscribe link in any marketing email.

15.3 SMS and MMS Appointment Notifications
AllWeb Solutions, LLC uses SMS (text message) and MMS (multimedia message) communications to send appointment-related notifications to users of our appointment booking services. This section describes how we collect, use, and protect your phone number and SMS consent data.
15.3.1 What We Send
We send the following types of SMS/MMS messages:

By checking the SMS consent checkbox on the booking form and submitting your booking, you explicitly consent to receive SMS/MMS appointment notifications from AllWeb Solutions, LLC at the mobile number you provide.
Consent is voluntary. You may complete a booking without providing SMS consent, in which case appointment notifications will be sent by email only (if an email address is provided).
15.3.3 Opt-Out Instructions
You may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. Upon receipt of your STOP request, we will cease sending SMS messages to your number. You will receive a single confirmation message acknowledging your opt-out.
To resume SMS notifications after opting out, contact us directly or re-submit consent through a new booking.
15.3.4 Help Instructions
If you need assistance, reply HELP to any SMS message you receive from us. You may also contact us directly at the contact information provided in Section 17.
15.3.5 Message and Data Rates
Standard message and data rates may apply to SMS and MMS messages sent to and from your mobile device. These charges are determined by your mobile carrier and are not controlled by AllWeb Solutions, LLC.
15.3.6 Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on your appointment activity. You will typically receive one confirmation message per booking and one or more reminders per upcoming appointment.
15.3.7 No Third-Party Sharing of SMS Consent
Your mobile phone number and SMS consent status are used solely for the purpose of delivering the appointment notifications described above. We do not sell, rent, transfer, or share your phone number or SMS consent data with third parties for marketing or advertising purposes. SMS consent is not shared with any affiliate, partner organization, or third-party service for their independent use.
Your phone number may be transmitted to our SMS delivery service provider solely for the purpose of delivering your appointment messages. That provider is listed in the subprocessor table in Section 6.1.
15.3.8 SMS Data Retention
Your phone number and consent status are stored in association with your booking record. If you cancel your booking or request deletion of your data, your phone number and consent record will be removed in accordance with our standard data retention practices described in Section 8.
15.3.9 Carrier Limitations
SMS and MMS delivery is subject to carrier availability and network conditions. AllWeb Solutions, LLC is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages due to carrier issues outside our control. Carrier support may vary.
15.4 Email Auto-Enrollment
By registering an account, you are automatically enrolled in platform communications including product updates and service announcements. You may unsubscribe at any time.
