Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)

> Incorporation: This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") is incorporated by reference into the AllWeb Solutions Terms of Service. By using the Platform, you agree to this AUP in addition to all other terms. In the event of any conflict between this AUP and the Terms of Service, the more restrictive provision applies.

1. Purpose

This Acceptable Use Policy establishes the standards of conduct expected of all users of the AllWeb Solutions platform, including registered account holders, partner organizations, API developers, WordPress plugin users, and any person accessing or using any feature of the Platform in any capacity ("you" or "User").

The Platform is designed to support lawful, ethical, and productive use. AllWeb Solutions reserves the right to enforce this AUP at its sole discretion and to take any action it deems appropriate for violations, up to and including permanent account termination and referral to law enforcement.

2. Prohibited Conduct — All Users

You may not use the Platform for any of the following purposes:

2.1 Illegal Activity

Violating any applicable federal, state, local, or international law or regulation
Engaging in activity that constitutes fraud, deception, or misrepresentation
Using the Platform to facilitate money laundering, tax evasion, or financial crimes
Distributing, possessing, or promoting illegal drugs, illegal weapons, or other contraband
Engaging in any activity that infringes the intellectual property rights of any third party

2.2 Harmful, Abusive, or Offensive Content

Generating, uploading, storing, or distributing content that is defamatory, threatening, harassing, abusive, or incites violence or hatred against any individual or group
Producing or distributing content that constitutes hate speech based on race, ethnicity, religion, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or other protected characteristics
Creating, distributing, or accessing child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any sexually explicit content involving minors — any such activity will be immediately reported to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) and law enforcement
Using the Platform to bully, harass, or intimidate any individual

2.3 Privacy and Data Violations

Collecting, storing, or distributing personal information about any third party without their knowledge and consent
Using the Platform to conduct unauthorized surveillance, track individuals without their knowledge, or build unauthorized profiles on private individuals
Submitting the personal information of minors under 13 into any Platform feature
Violating any applicable privacy law including CCPA, HIPAA, FERPA, COPPA, or GDPR

2.4 Platform Security and Integrity

Deploying malicious code, viruses, worms, Trojan horses, ransomware, spyware, adware, or any other harmful software
Conducting or facilitating denial-of-service (DoS) or distributed denial-of-service (DDoS) attacks against the Platform or any third-party system
Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the Platform, other users' accounts, backend systems, databases, or network infrastructure
Exploiting bugs, vulnerabilities, or unintended functionality in the Platform for any purpose other than responsible disclosure to AllWeb Solutions
Circumventing, disabling, or interfering with security features, access controls, rate limits, credit checks, or billing mechanisms
Using automated scripts, bots, or crawlers to access or interact with the Platform in a manner inconsistent with normal human use, unless expressly permitted by AllWeb Solutions in writing

2.5 Misuse of AI Features

Submitting AI prompts designed to generate content that violates any other provision of this AUP
Attempting to "jailbreak," manipulate, or otherwise circumvent the content controls, safety systems, or guidelines of any AI model accessed through the Platform
Using AI-generated content to produce deliberate disinformation, fabricated news, fake reviews, or fraudulent documents
Representing AI-generated content as the work of a human professional (legal, medical, financial, theological, or otherwise) without appropriate disclosure
Using AI image or video generation features to create non-consensual deepfakes or to misrepresent the identity or likeness of any real person
Using AI features to generate content that exploits or harms vulnerable populations

2.6 Misuse of Communication Features

Sending unsolicited commercial email (spam), bulk SMS, or other mass unsolicited communications through the Platform
Using the Platform's notification features to send communications for which you have not obtained legally required consents under the CAN-SPAM Act, TCPA, or applicable state law
Impersonating AllWeb Solutions, any other company, or any individual in any communication sent through the Platform

2.7 Intellectual Property

Uploading, distributing, or incorporating into any Platform feature any content that infringes the copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, or other intellectual property rights of any third party
Removing, altering, or obscuring any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices from Platform materials
Using the Platform to build, train, or improve a competing AI product or service using AllWeb Solutions' proprietary systems, outputs, or data

2.8 API and Integration Misuse

Reselling, sublicensing, or redistributing API access to third parties without a written agreement with AllWeb Solutions
Using the API to systematically collect, harvest, or aggregate data from the Platform beyond what is necessary for your permitted integration
Embedding API keys in publicly accessible code, repositories, or client-side applications in a manner that exposes them to unauthorized use
Using the API to access or process data belonging to accounts or users other than your own

2.9 Platform Integrity

Creating multiple accounts to circumvent access restrictions, usage limits, or account suspensions
Sharing account credentials with unauthorized persons
Purchasing or using credits obtained through fraudulent payment methods, chargebacks, or unauthorized transactions
Using the Platform in any way that disproportionately burdens platform infrastructure or interferes with other users' access

3. Additional Rules for Partner Organizations

Partner organizations deploying Platform features on behalf of their own end-users must:

Comply with all applicable laws governing the deployment of AI-powered tools on their websites, including applicable transparency and disclosure requirements (e.g., informing visitors that AI is in use)
Obtain all required consents from their end-users before sending SMS, email, or other electronic communications through the Platform on their behalf
Not configure knowledge base content, AI prompts, or widget settings in a manner that violates this AUP or applicable law
Not deploy the Platform to facilitate deceptive practices against their own end-users
Ensure that their end-users are not minors under 18 without appropriate safeguards, consistent with the Platform's minimum age requirements
Take responsibility for the accuracy and legality of all content they upload to the Platform (knowledge base documents, escalation contact information, configuration data)

4. Content Standards

All content you submit, upload, generate, or distribute through the Platform must:

Not violate any applicable law or regulation
Not infringe the rights of any third party
Not contain material that is false, defamatory, or misleading
Be appropriate for a professional AI services context
Comply with any additional content guidelines published by AllWeb Solutions for specific features

5. Reporting Violations

If you observe a violation of this AUP by another user or within Platform content, please report it to:

AllWeb Solutions investigates all reports in good faith. Submitting a false or misleading report is itself a violation of this AUP.

6. Consequences of Violations

AllWeb Solutions reserves the right to take any of the following actions in response to violations of this AUP, without prior notice and at its sole discretion:

Issue a warning
Temporarily suspend your account and access to the Platform
Permanently terminate your account without refund of any prepaid credits or subscription fees
Remove or disable access to specific content or features
Report suspected illegal activity to law enforcement or relevant regulatory authorities
Disclose information about your account and usage to law enforcement or regulatory authorities as required or permitted by applicable law
Pursue legal action for damages, injunctive relief, or other remedies

AllWeb Solutions' failure to enforce any provision of this AUP in any particular instance does not waive its right to enforce it in the future.

7. Updates to This Policy

AllWeb Solutions may update this AUP from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Platform or via email. Your continued use of the Platform after notice of any update constitutes acceptance of the updated AUP.
